Thank you for your interest in participating in ShareStock. Before you proceed to purchase tickets, we strongly recommend you read the following terms and conditions:

In this section, words like ‘holder’, ‘bearer’, and ‘purchaser’ will refer to you - the person who will buy the tickets to ShareStock. On the other hand, ‘our’, ‘us’, ‘we’, ‘issuer’, ‘provider’ and similar terms will indicate the organisers of ShareStock - SPI Research Ltd.

By opting to purchase, allocate or possess tickets to ShareStock, you automatically agree to our terms of use. If you have problems with any of the clauses listed below or do not agree with the risk allocations mentioned here, please do not purchase tickets or try to enter the ShareStock premises.

Please note that SPI Research Ltd reserves the right to make changes, revisions, and amendments, or add/remove sections from this set of terms and conditions - without any prior notifications to you. Such changes will be duly reflected on the website of the organiser ShareStock.co.uk. These changes will relate back to the date of purchase of ShareStock tickets.

1. Tickets are £99 for one person and £175 for two until 31 December 2026. From 1 January 2027 the price is £129 for one person and £235 for two. These figures are non-negotiable.
2. The ticket you purchase represents a revocable license for you to access the Welsh Hovel on 4 September 2027, when ShareStock is scheduled to be hosted. The license includes the revocable right to attending the ShareStock. This license can be revoked at any time by the issuer at its sole discretion, without any prior notifications or compensation options. If the license is revoked, you will not be granted entry at the venue.
3. The bearer has to assume full responsibility for the ShareStock tickets once they receive them. SPI Research Ltd has no liabilities - financial, legal, or otherwise - in case the delivered tickets are stolen, lost, damaged, destroyed or rendered unusable in any other way.
4. Kindly note that ShareStock.co.uk (and its ticketing system at tickets.sharestock.co.uk) is the sole authorised source for purchasing ShareStock tickets. If you obtain your ticket(s) from any other unauthorised source, you take on the risks of those tickets turning out to be counterfeit or reported to be stolen. The issuer has the right to dishonour such stolen/counterfeit tickets and declare them as void.
5. The ShareStock tickets delivered to you are not meant to be used for illegal reselling, copying, reproducing, or misrepresenting in any form. You cannot use the ticket(s) for any promotional/advertising purposes either (including sweepstakes and competitions) without our prior approval. Any proven record of such activities will result in immediate seizure and cancellation of your ticket(s).
6. Please note that ShareStock tickets cannot be redeemed against cash, credits, or any other benefits.
7. SPI Research Ltd has the right to investigate if there has been any violation of the ShareStock ticketing terms and conditions. In case of any conflicts, the decision of SPI Research Ltd will be deemed final (i.e., the issuer will remain the final arbiter in cases of disputes).
8. The event service will be deemed to have been delivered in its entirety as soon as ShareStock starts on 4 September 2027. From that point on, no refund requests will be entertained.
9. If you are not able to access any particular section(s) of the venue - Welsh Hovel - due to delays, government or local authority regulations, organiser policies, weather-related problems, emergencies, venue shutdown/evacuation or any other reason, you will not be eligible for any refunds or future credits.
10. If ShareStock is cancelled in its entirety, we will either (i) reschedule the event, in which case your ticket will remain valid for the new date and you may instead ask for a full refund of the ticket price if the new date does not suit you, or (ii) refund the ticket price in full. We will tell you which, by email, as soon as we reasonably can.
11. Please note that the decision of the issuer in such cases will be deemed final and binding.
12. If ShareStock is cancelled due to any factors or causes not in the control of the issuer, the latter will offer a partial or full refund, or postpone the event, or provide a comparable ‘make good’ option. These factors will be inclusive of, but not limited to, natural disasters, government announcements, strikes, delays in production, and the like. Once again, the decision of SPI Research Ltd will be considered final.
13. If ShareStock is rescheduled, your ticket will remain valid for the new date. If the new date does not suit you, you may ask for a full refund of the ticket price. Where a refund is issued it covers the face value of the ticket; it does not cover any separate processing or handling charges, or losses arising from currency fluctuation.
14. Losses, if any, occurring due to foreign exchange fluctuations at the time of refunds, have to be borne by the purchaser. SPI Research Ltd cannot be, in any way, held liable for that.
15. All ticket sales are final: there are no returns, exchanges or cancellations if you simply change your mind. Because ShareStock is a leisure event held on a specific date, the 14-day cancellation right in the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 does not apply. This does not affect your rights where we cancel or reschedule the event.
16. ShareStock is a ‘rain or shine’ event. By purchasing the event tickets, you automatically confirm that you/the attendee(s) are of the ‘minimum age’ or older, at the time of buying the ticket(s). The ‘minimum age’ for attending ShareStock is 18.
17. The line-up of speakers is subject to change at any time, an addition or absence of a speaker or session is not a cause for a refund.
18. If it is proven beyond doubt at the venue that an attendee is below the ‘minimum age’, they will not be granted entry to ShareStock. No refunds, full or partial, will be issued either.
19. At the time of entering the event venue, you are required to produce the ticket and a valid identification document (ID). By presenting an ID, you confirm that all details present on it are accurate and updated.
20. To sell you a ticket and admit you to the event, we collect your name and email address, and the name and email address of anyone you buy a ticket for. If you ask for a business invoice we also collect your business name, address and tax number. Card payments are handled by Stripe — we never see or store your card details. 21. You hereby agree to forego all types of surcharge claims - full or in part - and all claims & entitlements related to it.
22. SPI Research Ltd does not take any responsibility for personal or financial damages caused to you at the venue, or for any items lost/stolen/misplaced at the venue. Financial reimbursement claims on these counts will not be entertained.
23. ShareStock and SPI Research Ltd follow a common ‘zero-tolerance policy’ towards unauthorised drug usage or carrying at the venue, AND towards any type of behaviour/actions that can be interpreted as lewd or obscene. If you are found in possession of prohibited items at ShareStock and/or if you indulge in any objectionable action, your participation in the event will be terminated immediately. Your event ticket(s) will become void from that point on.
24. If something has gone wrong with your order, please contact us first at [email protected] so that we can try to put it right. Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights, including any claim you may have against your card provider under section 75 of the Consumer Credit Act 1974, or under your card scheme’s chargeback rules.
25. In all cases of disputes between the ticket-bearer and the ticket-issuer, the decision of the latter will be deemed final. In case a dispute cannot be resolved, the help of an independent third-party arbiter will be sought.
26. Nothing in these terms limits or excludes your rights as a consumer under UK law, including under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Where these terms say that our decision is final, that applies to matters within our discretion as organiser; it does not prevent you from exercising your statutory rights or from bringing a claim.

Recording and Photography

• No attendee, delegate, exhibitor, speaker or other person present at the Event ("Attendee") may make, or attempt to make, any audio, visual or audio-visual recording, photograph, film, livestream, screen capture or other reproduction of any part of the Event, including any presentation, performance, session, discussion or exhibited material (a "Recording"), without the prior written authorisation of the Organiser.
• Where the Organiser grants such authorisation, it may do so subject to conditions, and any Recording made must be used strictly in accordance with those conditions and with these terms. The Organiser may withhold, withdraw or vary its authorisation at any time in its absolute discretion.
• The Organiser may require any Attendee who makes an unauthorised Recording to delete or destroy it, to cease recording immediately, and/or to leave the Event, without refund of any fee paid. This is without prejudice to any other rights or remedies available to the Organiser, including in respect of intellectual property rights, confidentiality and data protection.
• Nothing in this clause restricts any use or disclosure that the Attendee is entitled or required to make by law.
• This clause survives the conclusion of the Event.
